1. Marketing
The recruitment journey begins with strategic marketing efforts to connect with potential employers and job seekers. This includes promotional campaigns, outreach activities, and partnerships that showcase our expertise in sourcing skilled and unskilled manpower for international placement.
2. Demand Letter Review & Confirmation
Upon receiving a demand letter from an overseas employer, our team reviews the document in detail to ensure all terms, conditions, and job specifications meet legal and ethical recruitment standards. After validation, both parties confirm the agreement.
3. Demand Letter Online Approval by Embassy of Nepal
The verified demand letter is submitted online to the respective Embassy of Nepal in the destination country for official approval, ensuring compliance with the government’s overseas employment regulations.
4. Pre Approval by DoFE
Following embassy clearance, the demand letter is sent to the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) in Nepal for pre-approval. This step affirms the legitimacy of the job offer and the employer’s credentials.
5. Demand Letter Advertisement
Once approved by DoFE, job vacancies are advertised publicly through various mediums such as newspapers, job portals, and local networks. This ensures transparency and fair access to employment opportunities for all eligible candidates.
6. Pre-Recruitment Orientation
Before the formal recruitment process begins, candidates are provided with a brief orientation. This session educates them on the job roles, working conditions, cultural norms, and expectations in the destination country.
7. Application Form Registration
Interested candidates are required to register by filling out an official application form. This collects essential details such as qualifications, work experience, and personal information for further screening.
8. Interview & Selection
Shortlisted candidates undergo a rigorous interview process conducted by the employer or their authorized representatives. Selection is based on skill compatibility, experience, and job readiness.
9. Employment Contract Briefing & Handover
Selected candidates are briefed thoroughly on their employment contract, including salary, benefits, working hours, and other terms. After understanding the agreement, a copy is handed over to the candidate.
10. Medical Screening
To ensure fitness for overseas employment, all selected individuals must undergo a comprehensive medical examination at authorized medical centers. Only medically fit candidates proceed to the next steps.
11. Calling Visa Approval
The employer initiates the process to obtain a Calling Visa for the selected candidates. This visa serves as an official invitation for the employee to work in the respective country.
12. Entry Visa Approval
Once the Calling Visa is approved, the Entry Visa is processed and issued to the candidates, granting them legal permission to enter the destination country for employment purposes.
13. Signing Employment Contract
Candidates officially sign the employment contract, confirming their acceptance of all terms and conditions. This step formalizes the employment relationship between the candidate and the employer.
14. Orientation as per Government Policy
As mandated by the Government of Nepal, candidates attend a formal orientation program covering labor laws, rights and responsibilities, workplace culture, and emergency contacts abroad.
15. Labor Approval (DoFE)
With all prior steps completed, final labor approval is obtained from DoFE. This is the government’s official clearance for the candidate to travel and work overseas.
16. Pre-Departure Orientation (By Minawa Recruitment / Employer)
Minawa Recruitment or the concerned employer conducts a final pre-departure orientation to reinforce job expectations, safety measures, and support mechanisms available in the destination country.
17. Air Ticket
Air travel arrangements are made either by the employer or through coordination with the candidate. Tickets are issued, and travel dates are confirmed.
18. Departure
Candidates depart from Nepal to their respective job destinations. Our team ensures smooth coordination and documentation for hassle-free travel and immigration.
19. Job Placement
Upon arrival, candidates are welcomed and placed in their designated job roles. Our local partners or the employer assist with accommodation, onboarding, and workplace integration.
